Maciej Drygas

Film and radio director, screenwriter, professor at the Łódź Film School. Born in 1956 in Łódź. Graduated from directing at the Russian State University of Cinematography (VGIK) in Moscow. After the graduation he assisted Krzysztof Zanussi and Krzysztof Kieślowski. Awarded at many festivals, including the Prix Italia '92 for the documentary radio play “Testament,” the Felix '91 for the best documentary film in Europe - “Usłyszcie mój krzyk,” the Grand Prix '95 at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival for his documentary film “Stan nieważkości.” Maciej Drygas' films and radio dramas have been broadcast by TV and radio stations in Europe, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, and Japan.

 

Izabella Gustowska

Born and stationed in Poznań. Professor at the University of Arts in Poznań (UAP); lecturer at the UAP Multimedia Communication Faculty – Film and Performance Workshop and at the Collegium da Vinci in Poznań (graphics course). In her works she uses various media. Her works can be found in museums and in collections (both private ones and galleries) in Poland and abroad. In 2014 her film “The Case of Josephine H...” was screened at the T-Mobile New Horizons International Film Festival, the 11th Annual Big Apple Film Festival, New Voices, Ancient Echoes: Polish Women in Film, among other places. The artist is currently working on her project “Hybryda – media story.” Jury member at the 14th T-Mobile New Horizons IFF in the European Short Film Competition Category. Krzysztof Spór

Journalist dealing with broadly defined film and media, promoter and animator of film culture. Co-creator of the Stopklatka.pl website, has received the Jan Machulski Award for his overall contribution to Polish independent cinema. He cooperates with the “Lato z Muzami” Festival, the Ińsko Film Summer Festival, and the Dąbskie Wieczory Filmowe film screenings in Szczecin, as well as with the Cinergia Festival in Łódź. He runs the Film Culture Centre in Szczecin's Klub Delta, and works with the “Kino” magazine as head of the “Events,” “Varia,” and “Premieres” sections. Author of the “Spór w kinie” blog (sporwkinie.blogspot.com), for which he was nominated to the Polish Film Institute Award in 2016.
