He was a member of the jury at the 41st Gdynia Film Festival, and of the Press Jury at the 10th Pestka Festival of avant-garde theatres in Jelenia Góra. Performance “#Burza,” which he directed, won Grand Prix at the 10th “Kotłownia” theatre festival (Przegląd Małych Form Teatralnych “Kotłownia”) in Szczecin.

A Polish duo of filmmakers and visual artists. Both MA graduates from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland. In 2013, they established animation production studio Konik in Cavan, Ireland. Their works have been presented at over fifty international film festivals and arts festivals, winning awards and distinctions, including festivals: Fano in Italy, Clones in Ireland and Pilsen in Czech Republic. In 2018, they received prestigious “Young Poland” Bursary funded by Polish Culture and National Heritage Ministry. They were artists in residency in Sweden, Ireland, Estonia and Germany.

He loves computer games (especially “The Witcher” and the first parts of “Harry Potter”). He is interested in cultural anthropology. His favourite directors are Edgar Wright and Bong Joon-Ho (before he won the Oscar), who inspire him in their ease of storytelling and genre mixing. He wants to make films that are entertaining but also touch upon important topics.
