Claire Doyon directed her first feature film “Les Lionceaux” in 2002 and presented it the same year at the Directors' Fortnight in Cannes. She then directed several short and medium films, “Le vent souffle où il veut,” “Kataï,” “Son of a gun” (co-directed with Antoine Barraud) and “Pénélope,” which were selected and awarded at festivals such as Locarno, Venice, Turin, FID Marseille and Clermont-Ferrand. In 2013, she created the production company Cofilms with Coco Tassel. She is also the founder of the experimental institute Maia, located in Paris.
