The art and expertise of Sean Hovendick is directly influenced by his many unique experiences in life. He was a paratrooper in the United States Army, received a bachelor’s degree in broadcast communication, art/computer animation, and then an MFA degree in computer art. Exhibited internationally, Sean's interactive, procedural and time-based artworks explore the hidden forces of power, identity and social order within the mediated psyche. Sean is currently a professor of Graphic + Media Design at Sage College in upstate New York.
